Ellele Health: A new company with a focus on women’s health

Following a successful Ellele-01 study, Ellele Health was established in July 2024 as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Origin Group Limited (TOGL), marking an exciting new chapter in advancing women’s health diagnostics.

Building on Origin Sciences’ (another subsidiary of TOGL) foundational hypothesis that material from upper areas of the gastrointestinal tract can be shed and collected for diagnostic purposes, Ellele Health applies the same principle to the female reproductive tract. This innovative approach underpins our mission to develop minimally invasive tools that improve the way women’s health is understood, monitored, and cared for.

Ellele Health’s work leverages Origin’s proven expertise in molecular diagnostics, extending its scientific innovation into the field of women’s health. With Neil Ryan appointed as Chief Medical Officer and Megan Badenhorst transitioning from COO position at Origin Sciences to CEO position at Ellele Health, the company is led by a team committed to transforming women’s health through scientific excellence and compassionate innovation.
